To design & install a commercially viable pilot plant with practical production of commercial grade lightweight aggregate using raw materials available in Sindh and Baluchistan with joint collaboration of different organizations including Mineral Testing Lab. Peshawar & PCSIR – Peshawar, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Coal Mines Owners of Pakistan, Mines and Mineral Development Company, Coal Development Authority, Lakhra Power Station, Government of Sindh. |

To utilize R & D Results obtained under lab. investigation by developing a number of lightweight aggregate on rotary kiln process using locally available raw materials such as colliery wastes, clay, shale and slate, etc. of Baluchistan and Sindh. |
